Obtained $30.5MM in bank financing and $12.5MM in equity financing through a Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund to acquire and develop 25,000sf parcel of land. Phase 1, 70 units complete November 2022. Phase 2, additional 70 units complete June 2025.

2 phase project. Phase 1 - renovation and adaptive reuse of a vacant 14,000sf warehouse conversion to 135-unit self-storage facility at 776 Bloomfield Avenue.
Phase 2 - renovation and reconstruction of 5,000sf vacant retail space into 11,000sf, 100-unit self-storage facility at 770 Bloomfield Avenue. Phase 2 under construction.
